Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday on the same working day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

UK delivery options

Available services and prices are shown at checkout. Current options include:

• Tracked 48: £2.99; delivery aim 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Tracked 24: £3.99; delivery aim 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Qualifying UK orders of £20 or more may receive free Tracked 48 delivery; an upgrade to Tracked 24 may be available for £1.00.
• Special Delivery: £11.99; next working day by 1pm after dispatch, subject to the carrier’s terms, acceptance and postcode restrictions.

For Special Delivery, the order cut-off shown at checkout for the selected service applies. Standard orders have a 12:00 noon Monday to Friday dispatch cut-off. Delivery aims are not guarantees unless the selected service expressly provides a guarantee and its terms apply.

Tracking and carriers

We use tracked services. Depending on the order, service and destination, the carrier may be Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, FedEx or InPost. Your dispatch email will identify the carrier and provide tracking details where available. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives and scans your parcel.

International orders

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These are not included in the product or delivery price and, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. Check with your local customs authority before ordering.
