This policy does not affect your statutory rights. For eligible online orders, you may cancel within 14 days beginning the day after delivery, then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us. There is no requirement for goods to be unused or in original packaging to exercise cancellation rights, though a lawful deduction may apply if handling reduces their value beyond what is needed to inspect them.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for direct return postage only where this was made clear before purchase. If you cancel the whole order, we refund the goods and the least expensive standard delivery charge. We may wait to refund until we receive the return or evidence it was sent.
For goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 include a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a refund. After that, repair or replacement is generally the first remedy, with further remedies available in qualifying circumstances. Store credit does not replace your statutory rights.
