We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday on the same working day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time.
Available options, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Current options include Tracked 48 (£2.99; aim 2–3 working days after dispatch), Tracked 24 (£3.99; aim 1–2 working days after dispatch), qualifying free Tracked 48 for UK orders of £20 or more, and a possible £1 Tracked 24 upgrade. Special Delivery is £11.99 and aims for next working day by 1pm after dispatch, subject to service terms, acceptance and postcode restrictions.
The Special Delivery order cut-off shown at checkout for the selected service applies. The standard dispatch cut-off is 12:00 noon Monday to Friday. Standard delivery aims are estimates, not guarantees.
We use tracked services. Depending on the order, service and destination, the carrier may be Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, FedEx or InPost. The dispatch confirmation email will provide carrier and tracking details where available. Tracking may not appear until the parcel has been scanned by the carrier.

Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Where applicable, these are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
