You order will be delivered by Royal Mail. Normally your order will be delivered with Royal Mail 48 hours or depending on the service selected while making the purchase. The post man will deliver the goods within the stipulated time of services issued by the Royal Mail.
In case of non-receiving of the item, please check with your neighbors or Royal Mail Sorting office in your area. If there is still any issue, please email us at customerSupport@thefancy dress.co.uk and we will look in to the issue and will reply you in 24 hours.
You will be sent an email, when your order is placed successfully. You will receive emails at every step from order placement to order dispatch.
You can cancel order within 4 hours of order placement directly through our website. After 4 hours you need to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject as Cancellation of Order and your order number and in subject please advise the reason for cancellation. In some cases your orders cannot be cancelled due to already dispatched. In that case you have to return the parcel at your own cost for complete refund.
Exchanges are not generally allowed but for exceptional cases we can allow exchanges but the item should be returned with complete labels intact and not used.
Our shipping cost ranges from Free Delivery to Next Day delivery. You can select the options while selecting the shipping.
